Sha3ri Terms of Service

Effective 3 November 2026. By creating an account or using Sha3ri you agree to these terms.

The service

Sha3ri lets you read Arabic poetry, by classical poets and by members, save favourites, write and share your own poems, comment on poems and reply to other readers, follow other members and chat with them. We may change, suspend or remove features at any time.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old. Give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• You may delete your account at any time in Settings.

Your content

• You keep the rights to the poems and other content you create, including voice recordings of your poems. By posting it you allow Sha3ri to store and display it inside the app to the audience you choose, so the service can work.
• We may feature a published poem on the home screen, for example as the poem of the day, where everyone using the app can see it. You can unpublish or delete your poem at any time.
• Only post what you wrote or have the right to share. Do not post other people's copyrighted work as your own.
• Comments: comments and replies you write under a poem can be read by everyone who can open that poem. The poet can delete any comment on their own poem, and you can delete your own comments at any time.
• The classical poems in the app are from the public domain. Texts, explanations and the glossary may contain mistakes; tell us and we will correct them.

Rules

These rules apply to everything you post or send, including poems, comments, replies, profile details and messages. Do not post or send content that is illegal, hateful, threatening, harassing, sexually explicit, or that exploits or endangers children; do not impersonate others, spam, scrape the service, attack or overload it, or try to access other people's accounts. Use the block and report tools if someone bothers you.

Moderation

Any member can report a poem, comment, profile or message, and we review reports. We may remove content, limit features, or suspend or ban accounts that break these rules or harm the community, with or without notice. When content is deleted or removed it is hidden from everyone, but we may keep a copy for moderation (see the Privacy Policy). You can contact us if you think a decision was a mistake.

No warranty and liability

Sha3ri is provided "as is", without promises that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.

شروط استخدام تطبيق شاعري

سارية من 3 نوفمبر 2026. بإنشاء حساب أو استخدام «شاعري» فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.

الخدمة

يتيح لك «شاعري» قراءة الشعر العربي لشعراء التراث وللأعضاء، وحفظ المفضلة وكتابة قصائدك ومشاركتها والتعليق على القصائد والرد على القرّاء الآخرين ومتابعة الأعضاء ومراسلتهم. قد نغيّر الميزات أو نوقفها أو نزيلها في أي وقت.

حسابك

• يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 13 عامًا. قدّم معلومات صحيحة وحافظ على أمان دخولك؛ أنت مسؤول عما يجري في حسابك.
• يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات.

محتواك

• تبقى حقوق القصائد والمحتوى الذي تنشئه لك، بما في ذلك التسجيلات الصوتية لقصائدك. وبنشره تسمح لـ«شاعري» بتخزينه وعرضه داخل التطبيق للجمهور الذي تختاره ليعمل التطبيق.
• قد نُبرز قصيدة منشورة في الشاشة الرئيسية، مثل «قصيدة اليوم»، فيراها كل من يستخدم التطبيق. ويمكنك إلغاء نشر قصيدتك أو حذفها في أي وقت.
• انشر فقط ما كتبته أو لك حق مشاركته، ولا تنشر أعمال الآخرين المحمية على أنها لك.
• التعليقات: التعليقات والردود التي تكتبها تحت قصيدة يقرؤها كل من يستطيع فتح تلك القصيدة. ويستطيع الشاعر حذف أي تعليق على قصيدته، ويمكنك حذف تعليقاتك في أي وقت.
• القصائد التراثية في التطبيق من الملك العام. وقد تحتوي النصوص والشروح والمعجم على أخطاء؛ أبلغنا لنصححها.

القواعد

تنطبق هذه القواعد على كل ما تنشره أو ترسله، بما في ذلك القصائد والتعليقات والردود وبيانات ملفك والرسائل. لا تنشر أو ترسل محتوى غير قانوني أو يحض على الكراهية أو يهدد أو يضايق أو جنسيًا صريحًا أو يستغل الأطفال أو يعرّضهم للخطر؛ ولا تنتحل شخصية غيرك ولا ترسل رسائل مزعجة ولا تجمع بيانات الخدمة آليًا ولا تهاجمها أو ترهقها ولا تحاول دخول حسابات الآخرين. استخدم أدوات الحظر والإبلاغ إذا أزعجك أحد.

الإشراف

يستطيع أي عضو الإبلاغ عن قصيدة أو تعليق أو ملف شخصي أو رسالة، ونراجع البلاغات. وقد نزيل المحتوى أو نقيّد الميزات أو نوقف الحسابات أو نحظرها إذا خالفت هذه القواعد أو أضرّت بالمجتمع، بإشعار أو بدونه. والمحتوى المحذوف أو المُزال يُخفى عن الجميع، لكن قد نحتفظ بنسخة منه لأغراض الإشراف (انظر سياسة الخصوصية). يمكنك مراسلتنا إن رأيت أن القرار خاطئ.

إخلاء الضمان والمسؤولية

تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» دون وعد بتوفرها دائمًا أو خلوّها من الأخطاء. وبالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون لا نتحمل مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة الناتجة عن استخدامك للتطبيق.
