Sha3ri Privacy Policy

Effective 3 November 2026. Sha3ri ("we", "the app") is an Arabic poetry app. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, username and display name. If you register with email, a password (we store only a one-way hash, never the password). If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account ID, email address and name from Google; we use the name only to pre-fill your display name.
• Profile (optional): bio, profile picture, cover style and your privacy setting for visits.
• Content you create: poems you write, comments and replies you write under poems, favourites, collections, saved words, accounts you follow or block, reports you send, and messages you send in chat.
• Voice recordings (only for members we allow): a member who has been given this feature can record their own voice reciting one of their own poems, up to two minutes. The recording is stored on our server, converted to a small audio file, and shown with that poem. Only members who choose to record are affected; nobody else's voice is ever collected.
• Activity between members: profile visits (shown only when you and the other member both allow visits) and online status, last seen and typing indicators (shared only when both members allow visits).
• Technical data: your IP address and request counts (to limit abuse), the device/browser name saved with each sign-in session, and standard web-server logs.
• Visitor count: while the app is open it tells our server every couple of minutes that someone is here, so the home screen can show how many people are online now and visited today. It uses a random code the app makes anew every day on each phone (for guests and members alike) and is not linked to your account, so nobody can be recognised from one day to the next. Only the totals are shown to anyone, and these records are deleted after 3 days.
• Notification token (Android and iPhone apps): if you allow notifications, an identifier that Google's push service (and, on iPhone, Apple's push notification service) assigns to your phone, so we can notify you of new messages, comments and replies on your poems and comments, and announcements. You can switch off comment notifications in Settings. It is deleted when you sign out or delete your account.
• Contact form (website): if you write to us through the contact form, the name, phone number, e-mail address, title and message you type, and your IP address. We use them only to reply to you and to handle your request (for example, switching on voice recording for your account). They are kept while the request is open and you can ask us to delete them at any time.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, we do not sell your data, and the app does not access your contacts, location or camera roll (a profile picture is only read when you choose one). The microphone is used only while you are on the recording screen and have pressed Start, and only by members who have been given the voice feature; the app never listens in the background.

How we use it

To run your account, show your profile and poems to others as you choose, deliver messages, keep the service safe (rate limits, blocks, reports, moderation), and fix problems. We do not use your data for advertising.

Who can see what

• The poems you publish, with your display name, can be read by anyone using the app, including guests who have not signed in (for example in the poems list, in search, or as the poem of the day).
• Your profile (display name, username, bio and picture) is visible to signed-in members, who can also find you in search by your name or username. Your display name and picture also appear in the "newest members" list on the home screen, which guests can see too. Your email is never shown to other members.
• Comments and replies are shown under the poem with your display name and picture, so everyone who can open that poem can read them. Members who have blocked each other do not see each other's comments. The poet can delete comments on their own poem.
• A voice recording is shown on the poem page, so it can be played by everyone who can open that poem (as with the poem itself). Administrators can listen to and remove recordings.
• Messages are visible to you and the person you send them to, and to administrators only when a message is reported or needed to investigate abuse.

Who we share data with

• Google, when you choose "Continue with Google" (governed by Google's privacy policy).
• Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) and, on iPhone, Apple (Apple Push Notification service), which deliver push notifications to your phone. They receive your notification token and the notification text (the sender's display name and a short generic line such as "sent you a message" or "commented on your poem"; the content of your messages and comments is never sent to it).
• Our hosting provider, which runs the server (located in Europe) on our behalf.
• If we send you emails (for example confirmation codes), an email delivery provider that sends them for us.
• Authorities, only when the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting your data

You can delete your comments at any time. A comment deleted by you, by the poet or by our moderators is hidden from everyone at once, but its text is kept in our database so that administrators can review reports and abuse; it is removed for good when you delete your account or when the poem is deleted. You can delete a recording at any time from the poem (or by deleting the poem), and the audio file is removed from our server. You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, poems, comments (including deleted ones we kept), voice recordings, favourites, follows, sessions and the conversations you took part in (including the messages the other person sees in them). Database backups are kept for up to 14 days and then deleted, and web-server logs are rotated automatically after a few weeks. Reports that concern content you posted may be kept briefly for safety.

Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe your account is at risk, change your sign-in method or contact us.

Children

Sha3ri is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has an account, contact us and we will remove it.

Your rights

You can view and edit your profile in the app and delete your account yourself. To ask for a copy of your data or any other request, email us.

سياسة الخصوصية في تطبيق شاعري

سارية من 3 نوفمبر 2026. «شاعري» تطبيق للشعر العربي. توضّح هذه الصفحة ما نجمعه ولماذا وما الخيارات المتاحة لك.

ما الذي نجمعه

• الحساب: بريدك الإلكتروني واسم المستخدم والاسم المعروض. وعند التسجيل بالبريد: كلمة مرور (نحفظ بصمة أحادية الاتجاه منها فقط، لا كلمة المرور نفسها). وعند الدخول عبر Google نستلم من Google معرّف حسابك وبريدك واسمك، ونستخدم الاسم فقط لتعبئة اسمك المعروض مسبقًا.
• الملف الشخصي (اختياري): النبذة والصورة وشكل الغلاف وإعدادك لخصوصية الزيارات.
• ما تنشئه: القصائد التي تكتبها، والتعليقات والردود التي تكتبها تحت القصائد، والمفضلة والمجموعات والكلمات المحفوظة، والحسابات التي تتابعها أو تحظرها، والبلاغات التي ترسلها، والرسائل التي ترسلها في المحادثات.
• التسجيلات الصوتية (للأعضاء الذين نسمح لهم فقط): يستطيع العضو الذي مُنح هذه الميزة تسجيل صوته وهو يلقي إحدى قصائده، بحد أقصى دقيقتين. يُخزَّن التسجيل على خادمنا بعد تحويله إلى ملف صوتي صغير، ويُعرض مع تلك القصيدة. لا يتأثر إلا من يختار التسجيل بنفسه؛ ولا نجمع صوت أي شخص آخر.
• النشاط بين الأعضاء: زيارات الملفات الشخصية (لا تظهر إلا إذا سمح بها الطرفان)، وحالة الاتصال وآخر ظهور ومؤشر الكتابة (لا تُشارَك إلا إذا سمح الطرفان بالزيارات).
• بيانات تقنية: عنوان IP وعدد الطلبات (للحد من إساءة الاستخدام)، واسم الجهاز أو المتصفح المحفوظ مع كل جلسة دخول، وسجلات خادم الويب المعتادة.
• عدد الزوار: أثناء فتح التطبيق يُبلغ خادمنا كل دقيقتين تقريبًا بوجود زائر، ليعرض في الشاشة الرئيسية عدد المتصلين الآن وزوار اليوم. ويُستخدم لذلك رمز عشوائي يصنعه التطبيق من جديد كل يوم على كل جهاز (للزوار والأعضاء على السواء) ولا يرتبط بحسابك، فلا يمكن التعرّف على أحد من يوم إلى آخر. لا يظهر لأحد إلا المجموع، وتُحذف هذه السجلات بعد 3 أيام.
• رمز الإشعارات (تطبيقا أندرويد وآيفون): إذا سمحت بالإشعارات نحفظ معرّفًا تمنحه خدمة الإشعارات من Google (ومن Apple على الآيفون) لهاتفك لنُنبّهك بالرسائل الجديدة، والتعليقات والردود على قصائدك وتعليقاتك، والإعلانات. ويمكنك إيقاف إشعارات التعليقات من الإعدادات. يُحذف عند تسجيل الخروج أو حذف حسابك.
• نموذج التواصل (الموقع): إذا راسلتنا عبر نموذج «تواصل معنا» نحفظ الاسم ورقم الجوال والبريد الإلكتروني والعنوان والرسالة التي تكتبها، وعنوان IP. نستخدمها فقط للرد عليك ومعالجة طلبك (مثل تفعيل التسجيل الصوتي لحسابك). تبقى ما دام الطلب مفتوحًا، ويمكنك أن تطلب حذفها في أي وقت.

لا نستخدم أدوات تتبّع إعلانية أو تحليلية، ولا نبيع بياناتك، ولا يصل التطبيق إلى جهات اتصالك أو موقعك أو معرض الصور (تُقرأ الصورة فقط عند اختيارك لها كصورة شخصية). ولا يُستخدم الميكروفون إلا أثناء وجودك في شاشة التسجيل بعد ضغط «ابدأ»، ولا يستخدمه إلا الأعضاء الذين مُنحوا ميزة الصوت؛ ولا يستمع التطبيق في الخلفية أبدًا.

كيف نستخدمها

لتشغيل حسابك، وعرض ملفك وقصائدك للآخرين كما تختار، وتوصيل الرسائل، وحماية الخدمة (حدود الطلبات والحظر والبلاغات والإشراف)، وإصلاح الأعطال. لا نستخدم بياناتك في الإعلانات.

من يرى ماذا

• القصائد التي تنشرها، مع اسمك المعروض، يستطيع قراءتها كل من يستخدم التطبيق، بمن فيهم الزوار غير المسجّلين (مثلًا في قائمة القصائد أو في البحث أو بصفتها «قصيدة اليوم»).
• ملفك الشخصي (الاسم المعروض واسم المستخدم والنبذة والصورة) يظهر للأعضاء المسجّلين، ويستطيعون العثور عليك في البحث باسمك أو باسم المستخدم. ويظهر اسمك المعروض وصورتك أيضًا في قائمة «أحدث الأعضاء» في الشاشة الرئيسية التي يراها الزوار كذلك. بريدك الإلكتروني لا يظهر لأي عضو.
• تُعرض التعليقات والردود تحت القصيدة باسمك المعروض وصورتك، فيقرؤها كل من يستطيع فتح القصيدة. ولا يرى العضوان اللذان حظر أحدهما الآخر تعليقات بعضهما. ويستطيع الشاعر حذف التعليقات على قصيدته.
• يُعرض التسجيل الصوتي في صفحة القصيدة، فيستطيع الاستماع إليه كل من يستطيع فتح القصيدة (كالقصيدة نفسها). ويستطيع المشرفون الاستماع إلى التسجيلات وحذفها.
• الرسائل يراها أنت ومن أرسلتها إليه، ولا يطّلع عليها المشرفون إلا إذا أُبلغ عنها أو لزم ذلك للتحقيق في إساءة.

مع من نشارك البيانات

• Google عندما تختار «المتابعة باستخدام Google» (وتخضع لسياسة خصوصية Google).
• Google (Firebase Cloud Messaging) وApple (خدمة إشعارات Apple) على الآيفون، لتوصيل الإشعارات إلى هاتفك؛ وتستلم رمز الإشعارات ونص الإشعار (اسم المرسِل المعروض وعبارة عامة قصيرة؛ ولا يُرسَل إليها محتوى رسائلك أو تعليقاتك أبدًا).
• مزوّد الاستضافة الذي يشغّل الخادم نيابةً عنا (في أوروبا).
• إذا أرسلنا إليك رسائل بريد (مثل رموز التأكيد) فعبر مزوّد لإرسال البريد.
• الجهات الرسمية، فقط عندما يوجب القانون ذلك.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

يمكنك حذف تعليقاتك في أي وقت. والتعليق الذي تحذفه أنت أو الشاعر أو المشرفون يُخفى عن الجميع فورًا، لكن نصّه يبقى في قاعدة بياناتنا ليراجع المشرفون البلاغات والإساءات؛ ويُحذف نهائيًا عند حذف حسابك أو حذف القصيدة. ويمكنك حذف تسجيلك الصوتي في أي وقت من صفحة القصيدة (أو بحذف القصيدة)، ويُحذف الملف الصوتي من خادمنا. ويمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب. يؤدي ذلك إلى حذف ملفك وقصائدك وتعليقاتك (بما فيها المحذوفة التي احتفظنا بها) وتسجيلاتك الصوتية ومفضلتك ومتابعاتك وجلساتك والمحادثات التي شاركت فيها نهائيًا (بما في ذلك الرسائل التي يراها الطرف الآخر فيها). تُحفظ النسخ الاحتياطية لقاعدة البيانات حتى 14 يومًا ثم تُحذف، وتُدوَّر سجلات خادم الويب تلقائيًا بعد بضعة أسابيع. وقد تُحفظ لفترة وجيزة البلاغات المتعلقة بمحتوى نشرته لأغراض السلامة.

الأمان

كل الاتصالات عبر HTTPS، وكلمات المرور تُحفظ كبصمات أحادية الاتجاه. لا يوجد نظام آمن تمامًا؛ إن شعرت أن حسابك مهدد فتواصل معنا.

الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عامًا ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن علم. إن رأيت حسابًا لطفل فراسلنا لنحذفه.

حقوقك

يمكنك عرض ملفك وتعديله وحذف حسابك بنفسك من التطبيق. ولطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو أي طلب آخر راسلنا.

التعديلات والتواصل
